Drop in your STL from MatrixGold, or type the volume. The tool works out the metal weight, gold cost, factory workmanship and setting, then your price. The rates come from your Customs sheet (2026 jobs). The example is a 14K oval engagement ring with 10 pavé stones.
Export the piece from MatrixGold as STL (or OBJ) in millimetres and drop it here. The volume is measured from the mesh and sent to the calculator.
Untick stones, cutters and anything else that isn't metal. If a part says "has holes", the mesh isn't closed and its volume is only approximate. Fix it in MatrixGold or export it again as a closed solid.
Your 2026 prices fit price ≈ S$310 + 1.25 × cost, so these two numbers copy how you already price.
37 custom pieces from 2026: total cost vs what you charged. The gold line is your pricing rule above.
Weight = wax g (volume ÷ 1000) × density, as in your sheet. Factory workmanship = base + per-gram rate. Everything is in SGD.
| Metal | Density | Gold S$/g | Work base S$ | Work S$/g |
|---|
Gold prices are from your Oct 2026 quotes (14K ¥560 ≈ S$106/g, 18K ¥681 ≈ S$129/g at 0.19). Workmanship was converted from yuan at the same rate (¥390 + ¥160/g for 14K). Workmanship comes from factory price minus gold value across 25 14K jobs and 6 18K jobs. PT950 and silver are rough: there's no platinum price in the sheet and only one silver job, so update them from your next factory quote.
